We had a claim and they made the experience extra phenomenal. Very kind set of advisors! Easy claims process and just as equally for the payment process! Thank you three for taking care of us and the customer.

Poor experience and feel scammed. They told me they could fix my AC when I went in there. Turns out they couldn't. So they charged me the $600+ diagnosis and then said "You'll have to go to Chevy because they are the only ones who can fix your AC" where they will "probably" give me a re-diagnosis and thus I will be charged another $600 "probably". Really???? They should have told me up front to go to Chevy!. Now I'll "probably" get charged for 2 diagnoses! Wasted time and money. Frustrated. Won't be back.

We've had our vehicle in here several times over the past couple years. Always friendly service and easy to schedule. Quite a bit of work today, due to 120k miles reached, and usual good service. No place is cheap, so we pay the going price. Would have loved a military or other discount to help with the ouch portion. We'll be back for more good service.

Stan and Brenda are great to work with! We have a large fleet of vehicles and they take very good care of us and our rigs. They are extremely knowledgeable, timely and easy to communicate with.

SO thankful they were honest with me!! They helped me when I had a flat tire and I got a good deal on all four tires. I also had a check engine light on & they changed my transmission fluids. VERY thankful they did not make up things and over charge me!! They were honest and did a good job and didn’t work fast!!!! I appreciate them and they are always busy, so that’s a good sign they have good customer service. The new shop puppy is super adorable also! Thank YOUUU!!!! (I also have a Volvo & not many places in town even work on them)
